Late 19th Century Oak Barograph by James Hicks of London
Very original and in excellent working condition this 8 day, 7 chamber vacuum, Oak cased barograph has the original glass ink server was made by the reputable firm J Hicks of Hatton Garden, London towards the end of the 19th Century. The company was active 1861-1911 and was considered one of the best makers.

Miniature Mahogany Bow Fronted Chest
Beautifully made late Georgian mahogany chest of drawers with two short drawers and two long, turned handles, bow fronted and standing on splayed feet. This is an elegant piece, in excellent condition that could be used on top of a full size chest as a Jewellery or trinket box.
It was originally a salesman's sample or an apprentice piece.

Silver Repousse Handled Sword Stick
Late 19th Century ebonised sword stick with elegant repousse handle, marked "Metal Argente", possibly French, with brass collar above quality twist lock, triangular fullered blade ending in a very sharp point.
The piece is in very good condition with two empty cartouches on the handle, both of which have what appear to be drilled holes, the function of these is unknown but could have been for anchoring a medallion of some kind.
